If you’ve been poking around my website or Instagram thinking, "Okay, I like their vibe but… what happens next?" — this post is for you.

Let’s talk about the Discovery Call — the very first step in seeing if we’re a great fit for your wedding dream team.

So, What Is a Discovery Call?

A Discovery Call is a no-pressure, free 20–30 minute chat to get to know each other. Think of it like a coffee date… minus the awkward small talk. It’s your chance to share your vision, ask questions, and see if we click. It’s our chance to learn about your big day, where you are in the planning process, and how we might be able to help you bring it all together.

Whether you’re already knee-deep in vendor contracts or just said “yes!” five minutes ago, this call is for you.

What to Expect from the Call

Here’s a little peek at what we’ll cover:

  • You talk, I listen: I’ll ask a few questions to get to know you, your partner, and what you’re dreaming up.

  • Let’s talk logistics: We’ll chat about your wedding date, venue (if you have one), how far along you are in planning, and any pain points you’re running into.

  • I’ll walk you through how we work: You’ll get the scoop on our coordination packages, how our process works, and what makes the Peachy Keen Team different.

  • Q&A time: Bring your questions — I want you to leave this call with clarity and confidence.

There’s no pressure to book on the spot — this is just step one. If we vibe, I’ll send over a custom proposal and contract so you can review everything in your own time.

Questions You Might Want to Ask Me

If you're not sure what to say besides "uhhh help?" — no worries. Here are a few ideas to get the convo flowing:

  • What’s the difference between your coordination packages?

  • What’s your experience with my venue (or venues like it)?

  • Can you help with vendor referrals?

  • How do you handle timeline creation and logistics?

  • What’s your communication style like throughout the planning process?

  • Have you worked with couples in similar situations (tight timeline, long-distance planning, blended families, etc.)?

  • What sets you apart from other coordinators?

No question is too small or too “out there.” I’ve heard it all, and I’m here for it.

Let’s Get This Party Started
